Duties:

 

Overall description We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building, and maintaining current customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company.

Your role will encompass collaborating the strategic business plan with the Sales Director (SD) that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and ethos with the expectation that the successful candidate will visit customers at least three days per week. To identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competition status.

The Sales Executive will use their exceptional communication and negotiation skills to promote our products and services to potential clients. You will identify and understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals with a sales database of over 300 customers.

 

 

Experience required:

 

Responsibilities Sales Performance & Growth

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets within a 12-month period, with quarterly performance reviews.

• Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.

• Generate leads through strategic sourcing, cold calling, and telemarketing outreach.

Customer Engagement & Solutions

• Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and compelling sales pitches.

• Respond promptly to inquiries, provide expert advice, and ensure exceptional service.

Business Development & Market Insight

• Create and pursue business opportunities through meetings and follow-ups.

• Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and successfully close deals.

• Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaboration & Representation

• Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and meet customer expectations.

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and build brand awareness.

Reporting & Administration

_ Maintain accurate customer databases and produce regular performance reports.

_ Stay informed on industry trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.

 

KPI -

• Quotation conversion rate / win rate.

• Average profit margin.

• Pipeline value.

• Sales target.

• Customer satisfaction.

 

Pre Sales Support

 

• Collaborate with the wider sales teams to understand and meet customer needs in different sectors.

• Answer technical questions and address client requirements by working together to find the best solution.

• Understand the customer requirements and application.

• Discuss with the wider production team and walk the process to ensure the customer requirements can be achieved.

• Source leads and cold call potential customers.

 

Post Sales Support • Seek customer satisfaction and report back to the wider team including OTIF, target achievement and project progress.

• Liaise with other technical teams and resolve client issues.

• Organise follow up meetings to nurture client relationships and drive repeat business.

• Maintain and update the customer database to ensure customer deadlines and expectations are met.
