Duties:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This is position designed for individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in customer success.
As a Customer Success Manager you will be working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure our clients receive the support, guidance, and value they need to succeed with our products and services.
Experience required:
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in onboarding new clients and retention of existing customers, helping them to get started with our platform smoothly and effectively.
• Help gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to enhance user experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Learn and stay up to date on product features and customer success best practices.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and strategy planning.
• Support onboarding and training to ensure customer adoption of Autodesk tools and workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering best practices and strategic guidance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Training teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Lead regular customer reviews and success planning meetings.
• Represent customer feedback to improve our clients' services

What We're Looking For
• A genuine interest in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Preferred but not essential - Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales (ideally software/SaaS/CAD/BIM).
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who's eager to learn and contribute.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
• Track record in renewals, multi-site accounts, and account growth.
• Background in Manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with upselling and growth experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, analytical, and proactive with a customer-first mindset.
