Duties:

Responsibilities

•To take ownership of an existing customer base within an agreed territory and map out scope for growth and development

•To search out new opportunities

•Respond to enquiries and raise quotes autonomously up to an agreed value. Enquiries above that will be referred to the Director

•To respond to and to where possible resolve customer queries either autonomously or with the support of the Technical team

•To contribute to the growth of the business and  re-activate dormant accounts in line with agreed targets

•To maintain customers sales records and update customer records on the CRM system

•To maintain the momentum of delivery by communicating as required with customers

•To maximise opportunities by communicating with customers to ascertain additional potential.

•To achieve quote conversion rates at an agreed target

•To carry out any other duties as reasonably required by the Director in the interest of the business

Experience required:

•Worked in a Sales based role

•Experience using Sage & Customer Relations Manager (CRM) systems is preferred

•Language skills and working in a technical sales based role would be advantageous
