Duties:

 

Processing customer breakdown calls via telephone/email and booking onto the service software system, and dealing with customer queries

Assign and programme monthly Planned Maintenance calls to ensure target dates are met

Programme and control engineer daily workload, liaising with engineers

Updating clients on the progress of their outstanding works, e.g. delivery dates for parts etc and updating the system notes

Prepare and manage quotations for remedial works identified on customer sites

Source and order materials required to complete work

Chase work in progress daily

Deploy job details to engineers daily using service software system to their tablets

Processing engineers reports and forwarding on to clients

Regular chasing of unactioned quotes to generate additional business

Reconciling purchase invoices to parts purchase order numbers

General day to day admin

 

Experience required:

 

Excellent communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail

Excellent Organizational skills

Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills

Able to handle confidential information with professional discretion at all times.

Able to multi-task as required and manage a workload to tight deadlines

Takes full ownership of tasks given to them

Has a positive attitude and a desire to continually challenge and improve the way we work

Self motivated

Additional information:

 

Experience:

 

Customer Service / Admin experience essential

2 years experience in fast paced office environment

Ability to work alone / own initiative when required

Hours:

 

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm

 

No Weekends
