Duties:
Main duties and responsibilities:
Oversee the logging and close down of reactive calls
Ensure delivery of high service level and support for internal and external clients
keeping simPRO system Updated
Updating clients
supporting operational administration
schedule planned maintenance for in house and subcontracted labour
administer and maintain SimPRO software System
coordinate holiday requests and sickness
Skills:
Excellent communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Experience in scheduling within the service industry
Good literacy and numeric skills
Excellent telephone skills
Advanced MS Office Skills
Working on an alternating shift pattern
Self motivated
Experience required:
Experience:
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint experience essential.
Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Previous Experience working with CAFM System would be preferable.
