Duties:

_ Make and maintain a targeted volume of outbound calls, establishing key contacts

_ Accomplish sales targets through personal sales achievements whilst working as part of

a team

_ Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers

_ Sales procedures through to completion of order

_ Perform telephone demonstrations to potential customers

_ Maintain marketing database records with up-to-date information

_ Monitor and report on market and competitor activities

_ Develop ideas and put them forward to the development team

_ Contribution towards improvement in procedures and systems

Learn and adapt to new systems as and when they are introduced by the business

Experience required:

_ Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills

_ Ability to present written information in a structured and

balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader

_ Confident on both the phone and in person

_ Able to create prospects via cold calling

_ Experience in a sales environment, ideally B2B

_ 12 months office based or telesales experience preferred

_ Good IT skills, which must include use of Office 365

_ Willing to learn in house software, including marketing

database

_ Ideal candidate would have experience in Salesforce

_ Thorough knowledge of our product and benefits it offers

WFH - Wolverhampton / West Midlands Based
